All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, descriptions, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance by us.
Order Placement & Payment
1- All orders are final and non-cancellable once placed.
2- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, Cash on Delivery). COD may attract additional handling charges.
3- We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
Shipping & Delivery
1- Shipping is available across India via trusted logistics partners.
2- Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, logistics delays, etc.).
3- Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999 (or as per current promotional offers).
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
(Strict – No Returns, Exchange Only for Proven Damage)
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Exchange Only in Case of Damage During Transit:
Exchange is possible only if the product is received damaged (e.g., broken, missing parts/stones, visibly defective packaging damage affecting product).
Mandatory Procedure for Any Claim:
1- Inspect the product immediately in the presence of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
2- If any damage is noticed, insist that the delivery boy records a clear unboxing video showing:
– The sealed/untampered package being opened.
– The product being taken out.
– Clear close-ups of the damage from all angles
Immediately send the unboxing video, order number, and photos of the damage to us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery. Claims received after 24 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.
We will review the submitted proof within 48 hours and contact you for further instructions.
If the damage is verified as occurring during transit, we will arrange an exchange of the same item (subject to availability) at no additional cost to you. You will need to return the damaged product (we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping cost if approved). No cash refund or store credit will be issued — only like-for-like exchange.
No exchange for used, worn, altered, or damaged-by-customer items, or for any claim made after 24 hours.
Wrong Item Delivered: If a completely different product is received, follow the same unboxing video procedure — exchange will be processed only if proven.

1- All products are imitation/fashion jewelry — not real gold, silver, diamonds, or precious stones. Minor variations in Colour, finish, or stone placement may occur due to handmade/crafted nature.
2- Avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals to maintain finish. Store in a dry, airtight box.
3- We are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or damage due to improper care/misuse.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, descriptions, designs, and content on the Website are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or products.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or any order placed on the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhidham only.
